Cisco Bug: CSCul36773 - Document need information on behavior of transferring video call

Symptom: The following behavior in transferring Video Call with Jabber for Windows (J4W) needs to be documented. J4W does not send Video during it holds a Video call and talks with another device. This behavior is by design. Conditions: <Steps> 1. J4W1 places a call to J4W2 and J4W2 responds it. (Video call) 2. J4W2 presses Transfer button and dials J4W3. 3. J4W3 responds it. 4. Now J4W2 is holding J4W1 and is talking with J4W3. In the J4W2's window there are no video. In the J4W3's window there are no video from J4W2. In this situation J4W does not send video by design. <<<<<< 5. Call transfer is completed after pressing Transfer button on J4W2. 6. Now J4W1 and J4W3 are connected with a Video call.
