Symptom:
A device running IOS-XE may reload unexpectedly.

Conditions:
This is seen in rare conditions when a %DATACORRUPTION-1-DATAINCONSISTENCY.  This error is not suppoesd to cause a crash.  The error itself is another software defect that should be investigated separately from this defect.
