Description (partial)

Symptom:
A scheduler job that uses a 'slot ' command redirected to a file returns failed status. This may mislead a user as to the status of the job. Also, this floods the syslog with false job failure messages when scheduler jobs repeat.

  # show scheduler scheduler name getStats
  ...
       Job Name Last Execution Status
  -----------------------------------------------
  job1 Failed (9)

  # show logging logfile | include
  2013 Jan 1 01:02:03 switch %SCHEDULER-3-SCH_ERR: Job job1 for schedule getStats failed (9).

Conditions:
This issue only occurs when scheduler jobs contain 'slot' commands that are redirected to a file.
