Description (partial)

Symptom:
If you go to RTMT (Real Time Monitor Tool) and go to Performance > Performance and down to MailboxSync. If you click Help > 'For this Window'. Cisco Online Help doesn't contain any information on what the MailboxSync objects are measuring.

This should be found in 'System Performance Objects and Counters' but a listing for MailboxSync is missing. This makes it difficult to interpret what they are looking at and makes it difficult to understand if there is a problem or not.
