Description (partial)

Symptom:
Customer reporting decode issues with S-CDRs.   Customer's Mediation team has observed reporting the traffic volumes in some S-CDRs are being reported as 10 digits instead of the normal 9 digits max values

Conditions:
This issue occurs when tariff and volume triggers are triggered within a short interval. This causes the Uplink or Downlink volume count to be rolled over 2^32 causing CDRs to be generated with high volume.
