Description (partial)

App getting stuck in 'logging out' screen is seen intermittently.

1. Login to  primary server with HA pair. Activate the talkgroup
2. Failover the server; secondary server becomes the active server. Logout from secondary server.
3. Login to secondary server
4. Try to logout and app gets stuck in 'logging out' screen in 3rd or 4th attempt
