Description (partial)
Symptom: Invalid PIM register on L2 Vinci multicast setup due to which leaf to leaf multicast traffic which is behind a vPC complex in a vinci topology is not going through. Conditions: This issue is seen on vinci multicast setup with leaf having vPC complex. <pre> VNI 4910 vrf V3 N96i ---------- | ----- \ | \ \ | \ \ N96 N64T1 =mct= N64T2 1.1.1.13 1.1.1.11 1.1.1.12 RP 3.3.3.3 </pre> Steps to reproduce ================== 1. With traffic running 2. Move to 326 using DCNM POAP 3. Send GARP upon switch bootup 4. Traffic not going through Also Able To Reproduce by - Reload Both N64 vpc leaf - Reload Primary N64
