Symptom: CTIManager service restarts Conditions: When back to back park DNs are added to the system there is a timing issue and could potentially corrupt the information retrieved from the database, resulting in the restart. Adding Park DNs back to back through the UCM admin will not trigger this timing issue. Park DNs have to added through AXL back to back in the order of few hundred milliseconds.
