Description (partial)

We have a hunt group setup for a number of lines for which we have a ring no answer set to forward back to the hunt group.  When we receive the first call, one of the session keys lights up and the line rings for a set period of time.  If no one answers the line, the initial call ends but a new call is placed back towards the hunt group.  When the second call comes in, the call takes two session keys.  There is no technical challenge, just esthetic challenges for which the max number of calls that show up on the screen of the 9971 goes from 6 down to 3.
