Description (partial)

Symptom:
Customer running WAAS 5.1.1c and is enabling Encrypted MAPI.  Customer is able to join the domain as a machine account to the box.  When the customer tried to configure the "windows-domain encryption-service identity" it is failing with:
Kerberos Authentication Error: unable to reach any KDC in realm Domain.COM, [Error: KRB5_KDC_UNREACH], Could be DNS/Network issue.

Conditions:
krb5.conf file in the sysreport is pointing to itself as the Kerberos Domain Controller
