Description (partial)

Symptom:
Memory Leak is seen in LC.
Conditions:
Leak is seen when logging discriminator is activated with any logging destination buffer(in this case),syslog etc

It is primarily due to the freeing of main pak buffer memory when logging Queue is full, without actually freeing logging discriminator chunk memory pointers within the pak buffer.
