Description (partial)

Phone service server address reobtain default value after sign out and sign in WebEx account

1- Sign in WebEx account 
2- Manually sign in UCM account -> register to our local UCM server -> save -> register successfully 
3- Place a call and hang up 
4- Sign out 
5- Sign in 

Can't register phone service, open Settings -> Accounts -> Phone Services -> see TFTP server address and CCMCIP server address re-obtain default value
