In reference to CSCul29333, Jabber for Windows documentation should include that Call History is lost in Roaming Profile environments such as VDI

Conditions:
Jabber for Windows is running in a Roaming Profile environment such as Virtual Desktop Infrastructure (VMware View or Citrix Xen) or hot desks
