Description (partial)

Symptom:
Unable model VNE with public/private keys unless disable nio.
Unless the user disable nio the VNE will be partially discovered

Conditions:
1. Create public and private key (ex: ssh-keygen -t rsa -f /export/home/tier4_root.key -N '' -b 1024 -C "Tier4 root account")

Public and private key will be created
2. Go to the device /etc/ssh/keys-<User> (example: /etc/ssh/keysroot)
3. Add the public key String to authorized_keys file (in seperated line)
4. Create a VNE and on Telnet/SSH tab choose SSHv2,
fill the regular fields #, username
On Client authentication choose public-key.
Choose the Public key and private keys that you created before.
On Server authentication choose none

You will see that the VNE is partially discovered (SSH is not discovered because VNE expect #)
