Symptom:
Problem description:
CSCul34820- ISM IPv4/GRE packets get translated when there is no PPTP channel set up
 
Here TCP packets are sent and translation entries are created. On top the GRE packets with same source IP address as that of TCP is sent, these GRE packets are getting translated even though PPTP tunnel/channel  is NOT created.

Conditions:
Priori TCP/UDP traffic with the same L3 src as the GRE traffic
