Description (partial)
Symptom: When AP joins to WLC, AP sends ARP request to default GW. Somehow WLC2504 bacup port sends ARP repy regarding that with high rate, MACFLAP is detected on L2 SW and communication problem may happens. Conditions: AP and WLC exist on the same subnet. WLC connects to same L2 SW from two port, one is primary and another is backup. Problem does not happen with 5508
