Description (partial)
Symptom: In 9250i, the application throughput is low on FCIP tunnel with IPSec enabled even after configuring 5 TCP connection Conditions: The FCIP processor has 32 cores for packet processing. The cores are being allocated for each processing unit like FCIP, TCP/IP, Compression and WA/TA. Since there are not available cores, IPSec packet processing is sharing the cores with TCP/IP cores. This causes the performance hit when FCIP tunnel is enabled with IPSec
