Description (partial)

Symptoms:
A vulnerability in the web interface of the Cisco Enterprise License Manager (ELM) could allow an unauthenticated, remote attacker to perform a
cross-site request forgery (CSRF) attack against the ELM web interface.

The vulnerability is due to insufficient CSRF protections on the ELM web interface. An attacker could exploit this vulnerability by persuading an
authenticated user of the affected system to follow a malicious link or visit an attacker-controlled website. A successful exploit could allow the attacker
to cause changes to ELM on behalf of the user.

Conditions:
Default configuration.
