Symptom: Need to tap twice on "Sign in as new user" from lock screen to log in as EM user. Conditions: 1. Register Endpoint to CUCM 2. Enable EM/MU from CUCM 3. Tap on "Sign in as new user" from lock screen to log in as EM User.
