Description (partial)

Symptom:
When a message is sent from user A to Jabber for Windows user B that is offline, once this user B comes online, Jabber intermittently does not show the offline message. Additionally double clicking the user A in the contact list will not open chat window. User B can chat with other users without issues. After restarting Jabber client B, chat window to that to user A can be opened now and chat works fine.
