Description (partial)

Symptom:
Following error message may be observed a few hours after switch bootup.

%FRNTEND_CTRLR-2-SUB_INACTIVE: The front end controller 0 is inactive

0 may be different number depending on platform/configuration which is used.
This message is also generated from member switch.

Conditions:
Catalyst 3750X in stack configuration running 15.0(2)SE2
Configuring flex link and using Copper SFP.
If you do not configure flex link and suspecting this defect, please also look into CSCui21748.
