Description (partial)

Symptom:
In Timing Standard SDH, OC192 timing reference  is not detecting all SSM values properly facility

Conditions:
Setup:

Test set-------------WSE (Timing standard:SDH)

Issue:

OC192 is assigned for timing reference for NE and TIMING Standard was "SDH"

In this case, timing reference is not detecting SSM properly, and below is their status
G.811-------------------ot Ok, detecting as SEC
G.812 Transit---------OK
G.812 Local-----------Not OK,detecting as SEC
Synchronous--------Ok


Steps to Reproduce:
1.Assign OC192 as SYNC reference for the NE in Timing standard as "SDH"
2.From the test set change the S1 byte value according to different SSM value
3.Each time monitor the received SSM value in SYNC reference
