Last Modified

Products (1)

  • Cisco TelePresence Management Server

Known Affected Releases

Description (partial)

Symptom:
TMS disconnect an ad-hoc call when a scheduled conference is starting. For One Button To Push connection type ad-hoc calls take precendence.

Conditions:
If a video system managed by TMS is scheduled for a conference and the same video system is running an ad-hoc call before the scheduled conference starts, the ad-hoc call will be disconnected because scheduled conferences take priority over ad-hoc calls. But if the Connection Type is set to OBTP when booking the conference then the ad-hoc call will not be disconnected. The option to keep the ad-hoc call or connect the scheduled conference will be available for the video system.
