Description (partial)

Symptom:daps process slow  with scale churn , its impact to high CPU and daps process blocked while and recover once churn rate decreased 
Conditions:during session churn, mallocs cause more memory fragmentation and reduces the system response time. changing mallocs to chun allocs will improve the speed of session setup and also reduces the fragmentation
