Description (partial)

Symptom:
ERSPAN destination configured on the VSS with VS-SUP2T-10G running 15.1(1)SY1 is not relaying the mirrored traffic to  destination interface.

Conditions:
++ VSS with VS-SUP2T-10G running 15.1(1)SY1.
++ ERSPAN destination is configured for a logical interface (portchannel or loopback)
++ Traffic reaches to the supervisor and is dropped with the destination index 0x7fff.
