Symptom:
Counters duration is different in 2 different VIEWS of report

Conditions:
Duration counters updates in 2 views of "Team Summary Report" reports are not happening same time.
There is change in updates coming for VIEW with sliding window report and Since Midnight report . 

The same should be happening for CSQ reports which has multiple VIEWS.
