Description (partial)

Symptom:
As of ISE 1.2 two certificates are automaticaly installed in the "Certificate Store" trust list:
Cisco CA Manufacturing and Cisco Root CA 2048. These two certificates are disabled and not trusting for Client Authentication by default. In case ISE 1.1.X was having these two certificates manually installed, enabled and trusting client authentication they will be disabled and no longer trust client authentication after the upgrade to ISE 1.2

ISE upgrade from 1.1.X to 1.2
