Jabber 9.6 not yet released

Symptom:
Deskphone video not working on Windows 8.1 with MSI 4

Conditions:
Steps to reproduce:
1. MSI 4 already installed and running
2. Computer tethered to deskphone
3. Launch Jabber and switch to deskphone control mode
4. Place a call to a video endpoint

Expected result:
Video displays in Jabber

Actual result:
No video displays in Jabber

Reason:
MSI was installed before upgrading from Windows 8 to 8.1
