Description (partial)

Symptom:
Random traffic drop observed when SPAN configuration is done on device.
Drops may be seen on interface which may or may not be part of SPAN destination port.
This may cause control protocols to flap intermittently.

Conditions:
Observed only when SPAN configuration is done.
