Symptom: User isn't able to sign in Unified Communication Manager account after update certificate to Communication Manager Conditions: Steps: 1- Log in UCM admin -> OS admin view -> certificate management -> Upload new Certificate 2- Register UCM account on Jabber 9.6 Results: Jabber iOS 9.6 and Android 9.6 fail to register phone service
