Description (partial)

Symptom:
Jabber not displays the new added contact info in recents view after call ended

Conditions:
Steps:
1- Sign in WebEx, UCM account
2- Input 11223344 from dial pad and make out a call 
3- Open recents view -> display 11223344 -> clear call history
4- Add a new contact to the native phone contacts  with avatar, name and phone number 11223344
5- Input 11223344 from dial pad and dial -> hang up -> open recents view

Results:
- Just display phone number in recents 
- No avatar and name in recents
