Description (partial) 

Symptom:
Flush request initiated by app/mw is not handled promptly.  Buffer complete notification callback is delayed.  Possible brief audio dropout between decoding stream of multiple audio buffers.

Conditions:
streaming audio playback from memory source with continous flow of audio buffers provided by the app/mw.
