Symptom:
"SIP-H323 video calls over SME", Blind Transfer over SME  shows intermittent failures

Conditions:
CUCM Version: 10.0.1.1000.7

Intermittent call failures in Blind Transfer Calls over SME in following scenario:

Topology:
Initial Setup:
Phone-A----(CM1)---SIPTrunk---(SME1)----H323Trunk----(CM2)-----Phone-B
After BlindTransfer invoked by Phone-A.
Phone-A----(CM1)---SIPTrunk---(SME2)----H323Trunk----(CM3)-----Phone-C


Scenario:
Phone-A (Video) makes call over SME (SIP-SME-H323) to another Phone-B (Video)
Call Established.
Phone-A Invokes Transfer, and dials Phone-C (Video) over SME (SIP-SME-H323)
Phone-A Press Transfer again to Complete Blind Transfer.
Phone-C answers the calls.
Calls gets disconnected immediately.
