Description (partial)

Symptom:
When using the default H.264 codec, using an H.264 Encoding Parameter Level of Auto may result in an error when attempting to start the encoder. A typical message may look like:

Channel[A] Code[0x80000017] Msg[Validation Error: Level 3.1 is not allowed for the current configuration. Level must be 4.0 at least or set the level to Auto.] Value[0][0x0]

Conditions:
Using the H.264 default encoder in release 7.6 with a Level of Auto.
