Symptom: Auto answer not working when USB headset or BT headset is connected Conditions: Steps to reproduce 1.Connect to USB headset or BT headset to the endpoint B. 2.For endpoint B, Enable Auto answer option in CUCM and select ?Auto answer on headphone? option. 3.Call from endpoint A to endpoint B.
