Symptom:
show text "On hold" on incoming call view

Conditions:
- A hold the VoIP call with B
- A put held call to background, see held call status (orange app icon) on status bar
- B end the call
Verify A's app icon color changes from orange held call to black (connected and idle).
- B call A again, verify the text on incoming call view
