Symptom:
CSC fails to scan an email attachment.
Delivered email contains the following message and the attachment is not delivered.

Status:FailedToBeProcessed

Conditions:
The issue is observed only when attaching the following files.

vpnclient-win-msi-5.0.06.0160-k9.exe
vpnclient-win-msi-5.0.07.0410-k9.exe

CSC can scan other files successfully.
