Symptom:
The 4GFC traffic does not work as expected when the SQUELCH mode is set to NOS/NONE. It is seen that a kind of RACE-CONDITION with the mentioned squelch values.

1. Have AR-XPE with MXP-DME HIGH opmode on near end as well far end nodes
2. Provision 4GFC on port-1 or Port-5.
3. Ensure that the Client SQUELCH is set to NOS/NONE
