Symptom:
Efficiency gain report shows zero for HTTP traffic though multiple requests are served as cache hit.he graph is seen at Devices->Device Home->Bandwidth Efficiency Gain Report.

Conditions:
Bandwidth efficiency gain report  is zero for HTTP preposition/cache hit traffic.
