Known Affected Releases
Symptom: 3 Phones, all DX-650 1. Phone A DN : 2001 Calls Phone B DN: 2020, Phone B answers 2. Phone C (DN : 9001) calls Phone A and Phone A answers, Call with Phone is put on hold 3. Hold time goes above 20+ mins (in this case around 27 mins) 4. Phone C cuts the call with phone A 5. Phone A, taps on resume icon 6. No audio/video after resume. Call drops Expected : After resume, call between Phone A and Phone B should go on as usual. Logs attached Conditions: Hold for more than 15 minutes.
