Description (partial)

Symptom:Core files on the router are getting corrupt (truncated). Tracekey mismatch issue is seen due to Truncated core dumps.  
Conditions:Truncated core dumps are generated after the "compression pipe to userspace patches" were introduced. The issue is due to improper signal handling by dump process.
