Description (partial) 

Symptom:
After upgrading to 9.2.1.1 (48) memory utilization may increases ~2-3% per day. Once the Memory Utilization increase above 90%, There may be traffic disruption and slowness managing the device in PRSM. Even after you stop sending traffic to the CX, memory utilization will continue to stay high.
