Description (partial)
Symptom: DHCP relay forwards DHCP packets which should have been dropped by DHCP snooping. Conditions: When DHCP snooping is configured in a bridge-domain and DHCP relay is configured on the BVI in that bridge-domain, snooping and relay will happen in parallel. So even if snooping decides to drop a DHCP packet, then relay will still foward the DHCP packets to the DHCP server.
