Symptom:
when syslogs of ixp dp path failure is seen on standby SGW and if PCRF triggers RAR standby SGW may crash

Conditions:
when syslogs of ixp dp path failure is seen on standby SGW and if PCRF triggers RAR and some users are moving to this failed ipv6 path , standby sgw may crash
