Description (partial) 

Symptom:
Unique Client summary in PI corresponds with Client summary in WCS.
However, there are 3 differences.
1. Number of New Users does not exist in the  part of Client User summary in PI-Unique-Client-summary.
2. PI-Unique-Client-summary cannot output the data per SSID.
3. PI-Unique-Client-summary cannot output the data per VLAN.
