Description (partial)

Symptom:
A Cisco router crashes while scaling service instances to 3600 whenever the  memory is utilized fully and it throws an error as there is no memory to display the output of the <CmdBold>show running<noCmdBold> command.

Conditions:
This symptom occurs when the service instance is scaled to 3600.
