Symptom:
If user switch between corp WIFI / 3G network multiple times, phone service might fail to reconnect

Conditions:
Setup:
Log in Webex + UCM service

Steps:
1 Launch Cisco Jabber iOS app>take our device switch from 3G and corp WIFI multiple times

Result:
Phone service might fail to re-connect, error dialog "fail to get device configuration" show
