Symptom: When searching for contacts in Jabber for Windows (UDS mode), the contacts returned in the search result may show as offline for their presence status. The presence status however does reflect correctly once the contact is added to the contact list. Conditions: UDS is used for contact searches. UserID of the contact in CUCM contains upper-case characters.
