Description (partial)

Duplicate drop feature will oeprate on IncomingQ and ProcessingQ, When user configures the Duplicate drop features with timeout of 20sec, We have other internal feature where any packet is staying more than 10 sec in Incoming will be dropped so it will not hit teh duplicate drop feature. We have internal timeout between snmpd and mibd is 10 sec. So any packet in processing Q is deleted with this internal feature. So When user configures the 20 sec timeout fro duplicate feature. it will not make sense.

Symptom:user configures the duplicate drop feature with timeout of 20sec
"snmp-server timeouts duplicate 20"
Conditions:when user configure teh duplicate drop feature timeout to 20sec.
