Description (partial)

Symptom:The user is not able to put a Mobile call on HOLD from the DX650.
The call shows ON HOLD on the DX650 display, but audio is still coming through.

Conditions:See Step f. when B is using, for example, an iPhone with Sprint.

B (Mobile line) calls A (Mobile line).
a. A picks up on their Mobile line.
b. B put the call on hold.
c. A (Desktop line) calls B (Desktop line).
d. B answers on their Desktop line.
e. B puts the Desktop call on hold.
f. B resumes the Mobile call.
g. B moves the (Mobile call) Session to Mobile phone.
h. A put the Mobile call on hold.
i. B moves the (Mobile call) Session back to Mobile line.
j. B put the Mobile call on hold.
k. B resumes the Desktop call.
l. B hangs up the Desktop call.
m. A and B verify that Mobile call is still on hold.
n. B resumes Mobile call.
o. A resumes Mobile call.
p. A verifies audio comes out normally out of their DX650. B verifies audio comes out normally out of their DX650.
q. B hangs up.
r. A and B both verify on their DX650s that their Recents history is updated.
